Weaving is fun and cathartic for me, and like many crafts, can go in many directions and can go as deep as one wants to go. I am a rank beginner. I started in 2015, have a small loom, and have mostly made scarves with a similar technique and varying patterns. I have mostly given them away to friends and family.
I’ll probably keep making the occasional scarf, but they were mostly practice. Now that I know a little bit about weaving terminology and how to set up my loom, I am ready to try for some different projects, more one-offs.
